The set design is strictly the copyright of the set designer (or if the copyright has been purchased the production company). Whilst some may be happy to have their designs photographed and possibly copied in other productions, the photographer would need to obtain that permission in advance.
It is an artistic work, in the same way that a fashion article, photograph or painting is, and the copyright is automatically inherent with the creator, without the need to patent or register the design.

It may well be that the "mod" screen that I see is different but in the Profile settings page that I have there is a menu at the left side:-
Profile settings
*******************
E-mail & Password
***********************
Display name
*****************
etc
and the Display name is changeable upto 3 times within a given period.
The Mods are unable to do this for you, although Matthew (who has additional powers - think "Alphas" or "Misfits" !) may be able to change your screen name.
