What is the best production anyone has ever seen staged in the open air ? (obviously includes Regents Park, Globe etc.). This is a very tough one. Other replies may jog my memory. RSC "Mary After The Queen" (is that what it was called ?) through the streets of Stratford was OK.

High Society at Regent's Park was good, because obviously a lot of the show could feasibly be set on the balconies of the grand house, or features a party in the grounds of the house, so being outdoors, and with darkness falling as the party got going, it worked really well.
