I hope it's nothing I shall want to see as I shall be out at the theatre at this time - fancy picking a time/date combo when theatregoers are likely to be doing just that!

Who cares that it is a co-production ? I mean why is that supposed to excite us ? Would (say) Barnum as a co-production be more thrilling than Barnum as a NT production ? Their past history with co-productions has been patchy so why they would choose to highlight this aspect of it is a mystery.
My guess: A Katie Mitchell production of Brecht's "Downfall of the Egotist Johann Fatzer" with the Deutsches Shauspielhaus. Mike Billington would be clicking on his InBox every ten seconds for that.

BBC1 have already reserved Saturday at 7pm for a 10 part "Find a Fatzer", presented by Mark Ravenhill. ITV are retaliating with "Celebrity Arturo Ui on Ice".

There are rumours of a Punchdrunk announcement.
This may be it.

Scroll down from "Coming Soon" and you see the Punchdrunk/NT connection.

Perhaps Katie Mitchell will set a new precedent by staging something that isn’t set in a room ...
Broadway has been very good to me. But then, I've been very good to broadway.
