I purchased a ticket with flexiticket protection. To use it, one must use the reference number they've given me and arrange directly with Encore the purchase of ticket(s).

I'm wanting to sell the "flexi credit" for £108 which is at the price I paid. No mark-up.

The credit can be used toward the single transaction of 1 or more tickets.  If the cost is less, you'd loose the difference; if the cost is more, you'd pay the difference. The £108 simply offsets whatever your ticket purchase is.
The rub is I'm not quite sure how we'd arrange the sale.  I don't actually have a ticket to sell, just a credit.  If I bought ticket(s) on your behalf, an ticket exchange is easier.

Am I the only person who has absolutely no idea what this poster is trying to sell?

Seems to be an Encore thing. From a quick glance at their terms and conditions you can change your booking up to 72 hours before the performance. There's some information about them here, but I haven't looked at it in detail.
