Considering the film wasn't exactly a smash hit, its risky doing a musical but it could work, the only similarity between this and Kinky Boots is that they're set in factories and that's it, they're completely different in terms of plot,

I see this being more like Billy Elliott than Kinky Boots. I love the film, so I'm quite interested in seeing this!

I loved the film too. i wonder if it would have been a bigger success had the King's speech not just been released. I thought it was a very good story and think its a good idea for a musical!
