Planning on getting some day seats for The Effect at the national next Saturday. Does anyone know what time to get there (says box office opens at 9.30am but I'm assuming there will be a queue) to get 2 tickets for the evening performance????

No idea but make sure you are queuing in the right place! Someone posted ages ago about queuing either at the main entrance or the cottlesloe entrance and realising after 2 hours they were at the wrong one

Queue at the main entrance. And on a Saturday I'd get there at eight and bring a coffee and a book.

Cheers. Il send my sister down for 8am (I'm too virginal and pure to be on the streets of London at that obscene time of day)

I've been wanting to watch this! How early should I queue if I were to go on a weekday?

It's hard to say. There are so few seats in the Cottesloe that one can hardly be too early. When I have gone down there at what I thought was an early time there have always been lots of people ahead of me. But the queue is for three different shows, generally, so there's that. Still, I'd get there 8 to 8.30 and come equipped.

Thanks! Another round of queuing it is for me then.
