I always liked the idea of productions in odd locations and have enjoyed some. I really liked Shunt's Tropicana, which Billington slates in his book. I liked Amato Saltone less. I still shudder, in a not good way, when I think about Contains Violence. They've lost my vote, so I decided not to bother with this latest one.

I think Gardner's review is incredibly fair and balanced (in spite of the star rating). More than anything, this is a missed opportunity given the amount of resource involved and one that fails to make a theatrically satisfying experience from the many ideas they clearly had in rehearsal.
