Hi Theatreliker,
Sorry you find the system difficult - we've tried to make the nominations phase as simple as possible this year. The final voting stage (which begins on 7 December) is inherently quicker and will be the same as last year.

Thanks for the reply. I realise the long listing will be harder. I wondered why some shows seem to be left out? It doesn't seem to recognise Twelfth Night apart from the Roundhouse production and also Blood Brothers? The suggestion form wasn't quite working when I tried either.

I had issues with best takeover. Select a long running show then no cast to choose from. I like the idea but it doesnt seem to be working fully

I have issues with being unable to nominate shows not listed such as Uncle Vanya at the Printroom, also there seems to be no regional shows I can nominate. The voting itself takes an age to do a good job I had the time to do it.

Had problems with best takeover as well as the person I wanted to nominate is in a long running show which isn't part of the list of shows you can choose from.
Solution: Nominating through "Suggest a new nominee" at the bottom of the page.
The whole system is a bit complicated and I agree, it takes ages to go through all categories.

Does the performance awards include actors in regional productions, or is it still London?
My reviews can also be found at "Shall I Compare a Play to a Full Price?"

The awards are all for London shows, except for Best Regional Production which I guess will go to something at Chichester or Richmond because that's where London theatregoers venture when they feel the urge to roam.
