I think it is a sign of a great show if it can have a contender for as many categories as possible, I wouldn't call it the best musical, but Miss Saigon is the only musical I can think of that has a good song in each section.
Male Solo: Bui Doi
Female Solo: I'd give my life for you
M/M Duet: The Telephone song
M/F Duet: Sun & Moon
F/F Duet: I Still Believe
Ensemble: The American Dream
But all from one musical aside, I think my true choices would be;
