Departure lounge at Waterloo East was probably the best Ive seen.
Also really enjoyed Youre a good man charlie brown at the tabbard and as many have mentioned Soho Cinders at Soho theatre.
I dont make the effort for much fringe as most places are too far for me to get to after work.

Hate to be a pedant but SOHO Theatre is not a fringe theatre - its part of the regional arts council NPO scheme which technically makes it a 'Regional' theatre!
This is what the theatre will receive in Arts council funding over the next few years.

Mack & Mabel at Southwark
Departure Lounge at Waterloo East
Noel & Gertie at Cockpit
Does Jermyn St count? If so The Kissing Dance
and again not sure if this counts: Hamlet the Musical (saw on tour at Richmond)

It actually gets me annoyed...more so when people say they are in the West End and the theatre isn't a West End theatre...just one of my personal pet hates ha ha

'The Kissing Dance' at the Jermyn Street Theatre last year - absolutely loved it!
'Tomorrow Morning' at the Landor Theatre. Another lovely show I really enjoyed.
More recently, 'Mack & Mabel' at the Southwark Playhouse.

I fell in love with Departure Lounge at Waterloo East. Simple idea, great cast, brilliant music.

Tick Tick Boom & Sunday in the Park at the Menier
Do I Hear A Waltz at the Landor
Departure Lounge at Waterloo East
Patience at the Union
Hair at the Gate

Patience at the Union
Hair at the Gate
The engine roared, the motor hissed,
And who could see that the road would twist
