As it seems a common thread with current cast promotions, wonder if Jake Samuels has/had a shot at Nick Massi? Just a thought.

Personally I would love to see Mark Isherwood get promoted to Nick Massi. Love his portrayal of the part (he's a very close second to my all time favourite Nick Massi: Philip Bulcock).

I agree, he's my favourite Massi too and would love to see that. Unfortunately I don't see the sense in promoting a swing who knows most of the male tracks in the show (Frankie and Gaudio aside I think Mark's learnt them all in his five years!)

Yes, that's the reason they didn't promote Michael Conway to Joe Pesci first cover Frankie last year. He was too valuable as a swing.

Just as an added side-note, Eugene McCoy has also been cast in the Chichester production of the Pajama Game with Dan Burton

Yes I saw Eugene tweet this, didnt realise Dan was in it too.  When does the Pajama Game open?

It starts rehearsing on March 11th and should open about a month later.  Performance dates to be confirmed.
