Advice please?
I have guests from 4-8 Dec 2012. We are already booked for Cabaret and Victor/Victoria (which gives you an idea of our preferences!) Any suggestions for other shows to see? Thanks,

How about American Idiot at the Hammersmith Apollo?
From photos I have seen it appears to have lots of people in underwear (similar to caberet in that respect). Music quite different though. I'm going to see it in Cardiff on Saturday. Has had great reviews so far.

Privates on Parade has more sexually ambivalent cross-dressing than you can shake a stick at.

Oops! Hadn't spotted the European cross dressing theme! (Although La Cage was a huge hit with them!) Just meant that my guests like fairly traditional musicals with hummable tunes (although that is not strictly true since the adore Sondheim too!) . Thanks for the suggestions - have now booked Merrily and Daddy Long Legs.. Hope there are no revealing themes linking those??
