A New musical based on the exploits from 'The Only Way Is Essex' is due to hit the west end next year. It has the title 'Essex: The Reality Musical' and was originally planned for a run this summer, but has been put back to next year.

I'd love it if it were set to music verbatim, like London Road.
I wouldn't say a word that could be reckoned as injurious,
But to find a mother younger than her son is very curious,
And that's the kind of mother that is usually spurious.

At a guess, I'd say it would be a piss-take show rather than something real, which could be interesting. We shall have to wait and see.

Taking something low brow and making it high brow was done successfully with Jerry Springer the Opera, so with the right team it could be interesting. Maybe.
