I'm wondering if there are two Emma Williams's! Definitely the one I know bears no resemblance to the one theatregoer describes. I just wonder, if we do know the same person, what Emma has done to upset you. She definitely doesn't deserve the criticisms you level at her.

I am not sure any of us have the right to critique Emma on a personal front. Its her career and she needs to handle it the way she wishes. Its none of our business really but I am sure she knows best as she has been doing these auditions from a very young age.

Unless you've worked with her I guess? It seems to me a lot of people I talk to that have worked with her seem to have a very strong opinion of her and her work.
