Okay, I'm not sure if I've really bad timing...but I've tried to go to the Phoenix Theatre box office this past Wednesday, Sunday and today (Monday) and it has been closed on every single visit. Is it actually open at all at the moment? I just really want to book some tickets for me and my friend in April and don't want any booking fees on top of our purchase, hence why I'm not using SeeTickets/Ticketmaster.

Do box offices stay open when the theatre's dark? I'm not sure. I booked my tickets from the theatre when Midnigt Tango was playing .

Most theatres' box offices aren't open when a show isn't on. Mormon opened early to allow for a publicity stunt and due to their location.

Or you could go and book at any other ATG theatre for 'Once'... I reckon either the Piccidilly Theatre is the closest to the Phoenix.

For anyone interested (and free this coming Monday evening 18/3) - they've reduced some top price seats for this 2nd preview from 49.50 to 19.50 !
Not surprising though, theres plenty of seats still up for sale for this 2nd preview
