How long does it usually take for your membership pack to come?

Hi there,

You should receive your membership pack within about a week of becoming a member. If you have been waiting longer then please email club@whatsonstage.com with your name and membership number if you have it, and we'll get another one sent out to you right away.

Thanks! Only registered on Friday so sure it will come this week. Just wondered how long it would take because I want to sort out a Rock of Ages trip with my voucher
