The walking cover Simon Grieff was on for the whole week as Sir Robin, and Nathan Taylor (second cover) was on for Friday & Saturday only as Sir Lancelot. All covers/understudies are listed alphabetically in the programme so you need to check programme slips and front of house posters for who's actually on!

I think 'You Won't Succeed....' really depends on the audience each evening. I've seen the show quite a few times and most of the time the audience laughed the most during this section. However, I do agree that it is not quite as fitting for London as it was on Broadway - but with the right audience, it is a successful number.
