In the cast list in the book it has a star next to the people featured in the recording when there is more than one in the show

It is Laurence and Ross in the recording though I think...

on itunes you can hear a little bit of each song... im pretty sure it is laurence. I'm not sure who the dodger is though ....

It's great that it is on itunes.

It is Laurence and Ross is definatly Dodger. still think all dodgers and oliver should have been used.

I was surprised to find it's on spotify - so you can listen to the whole recording on there for legally, for free

I love this new recording it's fantastic with a fantastic cast.

However theres a lot of music which i adore that is missing.

Think about it:

The upbeat music just after 'where is love?' when noah comes in.
and a lot of 'who will buy' like when theres the dancing and all the school children.
and they have completely cut down the 'finale' theres no music bits of 'Oom-pah-pah', 'as long as he needs me' and 'i'd do anything' like in this video....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvrwVR0me6g&feature=related
we just get consider yourself (was it changed or is it just cut from the soundtrack)

and wheres Oliver's escape, Rum tum tum and in the chase scene we don't here from fagin and theres no music when the boys run away.

Ive just bought the recording - £8 in tesco

actually quite like it! Agree it seems that some songs are a slightly slower tempo - but probably some of the best character singing I have heard on a recording of Oliver!
