I booked the Upper Circle slip seats for £15 each and asked the usher if I could move as it was pretty empty up there. Ended up in really good seats worth triple the price! The show was quite average though - I can see why it's not selling out.

If it's not selling out and based on reviews of people who've seen it and their prices I'm not surprised it's half empty, why aren't they doing more discounts, concessions, day seats, standby rates?

Top Hat went dark this week which is similar to what shows like Priscilla where the cast and crew have a week off together rather than individually and also to accomadate this new schedule. Three weekday matinees are unusual but I guess they didn't see any demand for a Sunday Matinee.

I think you're all a bit harsh.I was wary of seeing it as I love the film but I really enjoyed it.Not just my age as the 23 year old liked it too.

Well, I really really want to see this as I love dance shows and usually enjoy any show that has a lot of tap-dancing... but I can't bring myself to pay £60 for it! I've looked everywhere for discounts, but there seems to be none. I'll have to wait until they start doing offers or perhaps student tickets/dayseats.
