I'm curious about how it will play with new cast members - especially a new leading lady. For me Jessica Raine was the best thing about this production.

I will never look at trifle in the same way again.

For those tracking the various runtimes, it was 2 hours 5 minutes this evening after starting a couple of minutes late. According to front of house staff, they're aiming for 1 hour 45. I can't see how they'll manage that.

Is the 'lower' section still a bit restricted view in the main house, as I recall someone saying it was in the studio?
Turn up the signal... wipe out the noise

It was mostly RV in the studio. My friend totally missed the trifle business when he went. I was ok with that but couldn't see stuff off to my extreme right. It was all part of the fun/proof that Ultz doesn't give a damn about the audience depending on your take on it.
If, for some strange reason you care what I've seen, it's all here:

There are a few rows of seating on the stage floor which seem to have lttle or no rake and are boxed in from above. They look fairly restricted. If you arrive when doors open then you are showed to the large bank of red seats on the far side. I sat there and they give a good view of the large performance space, although those seats force you to watch the play through netting. There's also an option of sitting in a wheelchair! The usual balconies are also open.

I sat on the upper level in the studio and had a good view of most of it, I think - suspect you are going to miss something wherever you sit though.
