I am enjoying this, but it's starting to seem a bit samey, especially being on every night. I agree with earlier posts that it seems a bit strange to have the final on a Wednesday night rather than a weekend when the show has been on every night. Even the Apprentice moved their show from a Wednesday to a Sunday for the final.

It's a shame for me that the guys I know from previous shows - Ross, Alex and Sam - didn't get through, but the standard is high and at least everyone can sing. I was impressed by everyone in the first show - there were three people I wasn't so keen on, but only because the others were so good. On Monday night Jeff was my favourite, until Jon sang - he blew me away. I'm pleased being classed as "the understudy" and only put in the show at supposedly the last minute, that he wasn't the first to leave. Last night Jeff was my overall favourite.

I'm pleased they've made a bit more of the guy who leaves - I think it's a shame we don't get to hear them sing, but they don't seem to have time in the show for that yet. I thought last night was better with him going to say goodbye and at least having some music rather than just walking into the light. I think Dirk drew the short straw with song choices, and might still be in if he'd been given different songs.

Much as I enjoy the rock style songs, I can't differentiate anymore between who sings what when, as it's too similar. I've just about figured out who is who, but it would have helped if they'd all worn a certain colour like in the previous casting shows. I would have preferred them to have different themes each night, so we get to hear them sing something different - musical theatre songs would help!! I thought they got off to a good start opening one show with Superstar and having Memory as the sing off song, but that didn't last long. I realise a lot of the viewers will know more pop/current songs, but surely to be watching this they would have some interest in theatre? How are we meant to know who will be the best Jesus when we haven't yet heard them sing anything from the show? I think nearer the end we should get to hear them sing Gesthemane, and duets with Mel C (Tim Minchin would be great as well) to see how they interact with the other cast members.
"Seek salvation in the place of living rock.
A bright bright star will show the way.
Go to where the champions played."

Couldn't agree more.  "I can't decide now" really means "there's no reason for people to watch until 10:30 because we screwed up the format, now we have to fudge it"

And where are the musical theatre songs?
And why is it on every night?  Fatigue is setting in after watching these performers every night.  Such a shame...
