You are so ill informed and obviously incredibly naive about the whole process timba that I don't really know where to start.
If you are so against "some poor bugger" paying his fees - where do you stop this train of thought? Would you turn down child support because some people who don't have children have had to pay tax? If he was ill and a charity was willing to pay for expensive treatment would you not take it?
Yes your opinion does count too, but when your opinion is formed without any basis of fact it becomes negligible as to how much attention should be paid to it.
