She has very limited range at the moment - I have to agree with JB - he has been saying this for some time

it is not about being anti Jessie - it is about having an opinion

and one that is shared by several others

Just as your views are shared by others

I'm not disagreeing with JB that she does need to work on her dance. What gets to me is that I see many of the same qualities in Samantha, who he seems to love.

By range, do you mean vocally? Because having sung many of Nancy's songs myself I would disagree that you need a vast vocal range.

Jessie has a great voice and is pretty. She does not appear to have developed as a performer since the start of the series though, which is a worry. She also is inclined to argue with the Panel which gives the impression that she thinks she knows more than they do. This may be an erroneous impression but it is unfortunate anyhow.

Criticizing John Barrowman because  he does not express the same views various members of the public hold, is arrogant and somewhat juvenile. He has been in the West End on numerous occasions in leading Roles and knows what he is talking about.  Jessie may well be a Star in the Making. She may well be very famous in the Future. JB thinks she isn't ready. That is enough for me. He is the expert, after all.

I do believe that Jessie did herself no favours by not letting ALW direct her in the song

He knows a lot more about it than she does
