Tara has been cast and starts imminently. Anyone know if its true? I didn't think she had the voice for this huge role! And surely the girls are contracted to IDA while it is still on air?

I'm amazed if its true...

Well the article isn't exactly accurate see quote from bottom

"The show will play London’s West End Adelphi Theatre from 17 July."

They have cast her to take over from Jenna? There is no way vocally she could do Narrator

I have heard she is taking over as the narrator on tour. She's rehearsing this week in Glasgow, and I've heard she'll be performing in one of the shows tomorrow, then taking over the role from next week.

I'm looking forward to seeing her.

Was never going to go to see this anyway, so the casting of Tara (of the unpleasantly exaggerated enunciation) hasn't lost any ticket sales through me, but am still not exactly impressed.

I have on quite good authority that Bill Kenwright is loving Fran for the narrator role in Joseph, she was auditioning for it a couple of weeks ago...

Tara had her first outing as Narrator in the 5.00pm slot in Glasgow. Those who were there said she surprised them and she sang much better than on IDA

i believe francesca was at bill kenwrights for a meeting regarding a role in the new barry manilow musical that kenwrights producing - apparently she will be taking the leading role on tour later in the year.

and she has turned down something but i cant find out what it is.
