Seeing as everything on here has been negative so far I would I would say some positive things about I'd Do Anything.

I actually think it seems very good so far.  I thought Nancy was perfect for Nancy and really should get the part but it will be fun watching the process between now and when she gets offered the part!

I actually love ALW and believe that he has been very instrumental in revitalising west end theatre, I am one person who is now addicted to west end shows since it has become more popular.  David Grindrod seems like a lovely man and really knows what he is talking about, I believe he had a lot to do with casting Summer in The Sound Of Music so he certainly knows what he is looking for and I have faith that he will choose the best!

I can't really see an obvious Oliver yet but I believe they are correct in wanting to find someone who is a lot more streetwise and tough looking than the film Oliver.

Just a small negative note......John Barrowman (need I say more!)

Actually, Nancy doesnt make the final 12. Shame!

Ooh, well done Nancy!

Having missed the show live (sorry), I'd recently enjoyed watching 'Never Forget' on DVD -
and for me the highlights were dishy Dean Chisnall & his lovely voice,
& Nancy Sullivan's emotional rendition of the big power ballad 'Love Ain't Here Any More'.

That's great that Nancy is getting to be on the West End in a top show, I never understood why she wasn't brought along with the original cast for 'Never Forget' at The Savoy in May.  I will definitely go and see her.

I saw the show live 4 times, including the last show of the tour, and Nancy's LAHAM that night was amazing.  If that's true about her getting Eponine, then I do believe another trip to see Les Mis after cast change is in order.

I see the salacious Denise Van Outen is back. Lloyd Webber must be releived that they're not casting a
20-something male role.

LOVE it wiggley laugh.gif - salacious AND rapacious! Yes, the Nancy contestants should be safe from both Denise AND John Barrowman. It's no wonder Lee Mead is too tired to do all his shows lol. Methinks Ms Van Outen should find someone more her own age - Andrew Lloyd Webber perhaps?

She was offered, but turned it down, I believe.

Hmm, I heard she wasnt offered it, that she was put on standby for it but ultimately it went to the girl who had done the workshops and who they wanted all along.
While the new girl is good my preference is for Nancy as she was more ballsy than the new one.

I also heard that she was put on hold for the Chloe part. She was pretty shot.  (Upset)
