Hi there,
I studied at Rada on the 2 year Stage Management Tech theatre course and would highly recommend it. In the first year you rotate around all of the technical subjects (including doing show roles) and in the second year you pick the roles you think you'd like to do as a career and specialise in them. I graduated in 2010 and this year they have added an optional 3rd year to make the course into a BA if you want a degree. Most importantly however I have been working in the West End since I graduated, I don't think there is anybody in my year who hasn't got a job. They really train you and give you great contacts in a supportive environment. Really highly recommend it.
