An anonymous user is one who has registered but selected the option to not be listed among active users. A guest is an unregistered viewer.

I agree though, I don't quite see how the figures add up.

Ah, thanks. That makes sense. I've read around elsewhere and realised that the first number is the total number of people using the system at the time (as near as the software can tell): some pages list the registered users, and at the time I looked there were nine of them plus nine guests for a total of eighteen. Question answered.

Thanks wos looks fab and it proves you do support the trade! Its a shame not everyone registers but i guess you can judge the comments for yourselves we are able to know what to react to and have a great discussion!

Registration is OK - at least you don't have to give a genuine email address. However, new design of the board is fussy and irritating - I preferred the old format. I assume most of those praising it are somehow involved with Whatsonstage.

invision do some of the least 'fussy' boards around. at least posts get bumped back up to the top here when they're replied to! should cut down on the incessant number of threads on the same subject.

No, no, no, no, no! When you find that your opinion isn't shared by the majority of others the correct and only response is to accuse them of jealousy. Have you learned nothing from this site?

The new design is busier because it's far more powerful. Take a look around the help system and see what it can do.
