Have seen the previous uk version and saw this in bromley, I'm afraid its nowhere near as good. I thought Rachael Wooding was outstanding as Eva, unfortunately Abigail Jaye just doesn't rwach anywhere near the standard previously set.
I completely understand that every person will have a different take on a role, however she seemed very lack luster, and I'm not sure but she didn't fully dance in the Beunos Aires routine not sure if she had an injury but was very obvious that she wasnt doing it full out.
On the contrary the new Che is fantastic compared to his predessecor, Mark Powell has had experience and that makes a huge difference, I felt seamus cullen was okay, however Mark is flawless.
It's the same peron and I think that is a good decision I was very Impressed by Mark Heenehan's presence last time and he is still as impressive. Just doesnt seem to have the same chemistry with the new eva.
New Mistress, Abigail Matthews, This is a role that they have cast very well each time by the sounds of it. they seem to find an unknown each time and they are always brilliant and recieve rave reviews and I back that again.
Same Magaldi, James Waud, Enjoyed his performance last time and was enjoyable again.
The cast seem very strong all over, Just i find it a shame that after seeing such an impressive leading lady last time that the show has been badly let down with this change of eva. Rachael at times held the show together and now i think the show suffers from that.
wonder how europe will take to it...

Mark Powell is playing Che?! Seriously? How did I not know this?! He's one of my very favourite performers. Damn the lack of casting details on the Kenwright website. I now need find out where on earth Bromley is, fast!
