It took me half an hour to get through when I was trying to vote for Daniel last night, and when I did get through it put me through to Lewis's number! I called the BBC this morning on 08700 100222 and they took note of my complaint and said they will have to take action if other people experienced similar problems. I see from this message board that other people DID have the same problem - so get calling the BBC folks!
