Film Historian Sandra Shevey segues into the 12th year of her walk around Alfred Hitchcock`s London film locations. In addition to the disclosure of arcane film sites Sandra runs through some of the director`s original storyboards and plays `soundbites` from her own 1972 interview with the film director.
`He had just finished filming `Frenzy` which had opened in London and I had recently seen when I was there. It is very, very eerie to visit a Covent Garden location and stand within the frame of a shot about which he is talking on tape. Some little has changed in Covent Garden, this is still possible`, says Sandra, age 66.
The walk which profiles locations from 3 important films in the Hitchcock oeuvre (`Frenzy`, `The Man Who Knew Too Much` 1956, and `The Paradine Case`) runs weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
The start time is 11am and the walk runs for 3 hours.
