They said come forth and they have!

For the past three years the Theatre Royal pantomime in Newcastle has broken records, time after time. Father and son comedy duo Clive Webb and Danny Adams started the hit shows with Jill Halfpenny in Cinderella, before returning in Jack and the Beanstalk, (with on that occassion not only Jill but her now real life husband Craig Conway playing the vilian snotgobbler). This year they are back with Craig but the leading lady is Faye Tozer from STEPS in Aladdin, which features the Darleks and Bogglevision.
The Theatre Royal has now told us next year , 2008 / 09 panto will again star Clive and Danny in a prodction based on Robinson Crusoe, again written by Micheal Harrison who had been responsible for the previous three pantomimes.
Booking opens in the next few weeks and no doubt it will again break all box office records and deservedly so.
