The best thing about the whole thing was the set! The performances were far too over the top and Louis Hilyler was cringeworthy as the Inspector, why did he have 20 different accents??? I was half expecting Kenneth Williams to walk on stage! Their was nothing believeable about his performance which then reflected on the rest of the cast. I did not believe that the inspector pushed each member of the family to confess, therefore all of the actors were just doing everything with no justification what so ever, it was just NOT natural! Bizarre infact. David Roper gave the only true, natural, believeable performance. Thank god he didnt join the rest of the cast with their amateur performances! I will not be recommending this production, sorry! I was utterley disappointed with this production. The best thing about the whole thing was the set!
