Well, it was rumoured for a while that Manchester was getting it’s own Freddie Mercury statue, to publicise the tour of We Will Rock You. You know, like the one which proudly stands stridently, constantly surrounded by the click-click-clicking tourists, outside the Dominion Theatre?

If you are a Queen fan, nip along to the Palace Theatre because, you will see that we have our very own version in the North West. It will be there until the end of the tour in June. Will it move to each and every venue? Who knows? But you would like to think that this is just a Manchester thing, eh?

We Will Rock You opens this Saturday, 21st March and it is with us until June.
