To coincide with the opening of the hit show, Blonde Bombshells Of 1943, The Lowry is seeking your help.

Do you know any original members of all-girls bands of the 1940′s? Are you an ex member of these Girls Allowed type bands? The cast members are interested in having a chat with the original gals to relive their tales and hear their stories.

If you can help out, there could some free tickets in it for you.

For a chance to win tickets, ex wartime band members are invited to send a photo of themselves with their band during the time, along with details of their story to:
