O'Brien and Devine in Opera House's Snow White

By • Northwest
The Manchester Opera House's panto Snow White stars Coronation Street and Strictly Come Dancing favourite Tina O’Brien (Sarah Louise Platt in Corrie) in the title role. She is joined by two Emmerdale stars - Deena Payne (Viv Hope) as the Wicked Queen and making his Manchester panto debut, is Andy Devine, best known as Shadrach Dingle in Emmerdale. Andy will play the part of the Queen’s Henchman.

Returning to the Opera House panto as the Prince is Mike Toolan, presenter of Manchester radio station Key 103’s breakfast show. Mike is no stranger to panto, having appeared alongside O’Brien in Cinderella, and as Starkey the Pirate in Peter Pan the following year.

Also appearing will be Tam Ryan as Muddles and Jonathan Shotton as The Queen’s Magician and local youngsters will also be appearing in the show.

This year’s production sees Robinsons return as a sponsor after a very successful first year working with First Family Entertainment.

Snow White runs at the Manchester Opera House from 4 Dec - 2 Jan.
