Following the success of Million Dollar Quartet which is playing in the West End until the New Year, a new touring production called Rock and Roll Heaven is set to play the Opera House next month.

Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley have featured strongly in several musical biographies until now – but this is the first time on stage together that they will be joined by the legendary Del Shannon, Ricky Nelson and Eddie Cochran.

A non-stop parade of hits will feature Dell Shannon’s legendary recordings of "Runaway", "Hats Off To Larry", "Swiss Maid", "So Long Baby", "Keep Searchin’" and many many more million sellers.

Ricky Nelson, the only real contender for Elvis’ throne in America, will be represented by his all time greats like "Poor Little Fool", "It’s late", "Fools Rush In", "Hello Mary-Lou", "Travelling Man" and "Garden Party."

Eddie Cochran’s pure and raunchy Rock ‘n’ Roll anthems include "Three Steps To Heaven", "Something Else", "Weekend" and "Come On Everybody." The show stars Damien Edwards, A J Dean, Reuven Gershon and Liam Doyle and also features a live band.

The show is presented by Bill Kenwright and runs at the Manchester Opera House from 8 - 12 November.
