Based on the 1961 film about three children who discover a stranger in their barn who they believe is Jesus, the score includes the hit single "No Matter What".
Following Liverpool, the tour subsequently visits Sheffield, Aberdeen, Bristol, Nottingham, Southampton, Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Plymouth, Milton Keynes and Newcastle.
Whistle Down The Wind runs at the Palace Theatre, Manchester from 22 March until 3 April.
