Aylesbury Waterside Opens for Business

The much anticipated, in Aylesbury at least, debut programme for the town’s new theatre has finally been announced.

The 1200 seat theatre will finally open its doors on 12 October 2010 with Northern Ballet’s Swan Lake, closely followed by Bill Kenwright’s touring production of Evita and psychic Sally Morgan.

Other programme highlights include Lee Mead in Concert, Calendar Girls and a £1 million pound production of Cinderella will be the theatre’s first ever panto.

The theatre is managed by ATG on behalf of the local authority and culture starved Aylesburgers cannot wait.
