Lesley Joseph stars in UK tour of Hot Flush!
Birds of a Feather star Lesley Joseph will lead the cast of the sixth UK tour of comedy musical Hot Flush! later this year.
The show, which is described as the "ultimate girls' night out", opens at the New Wimbledon Theatre on 4 March 2014 and features Joseph as Myra, a successful divorce barrister whose husband has left her.
Hot Flush! "delves into the friendships, the secrets, the laughter and tears and the ups and downs of 4 ordinary women… and the many men in their lives".
Lesley Joseph is best known for playing Dorian Green in hit TV sitcom Birds of a Feather, which has returned for a new series, currently playing on ITV1. Her stage credits include The Vagina Monologues (West End), Calendar Girls (UK tour) and Annie (Victoria Palace).
The cast also includes Lori Haley Fox, Anne Smith and Ruth Keeling as the other three members of the 'Hot Flush Club', and Matt Slack as all of the men in their lives.
The tour also visits towns including Lichfield, Tunbridge Wells, Mansfield, Birmingham, Wakefield, Glasgow, Wolverhampton, Southampton, Oxford, Carlisle, Plymouth, Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Dundee, Edinburgh, Durham, York, Derby, Woking, Reading, Cardiff, Bristol, Brighton, Watford and Chelmsford.
